  • Can I cancel or update my order or change my address?

    If you’ve changed your mind and your order has not been shipped we can cancel or update your order easily.

    Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

  • What materials are used for the jewelry?

    Klimbim jewelry is made out of brass, as all components of our pieces are produced in Europe we can guarantee that the pieces are nickel, lead and cadmium free. Most of our pieces are up to +1 or +3 micron 24K gold plated or +5 micron silver plated and finished off with a coating for anti-tarnish and extended wear. Our Gemstone and Birthstone jewelry are made of 100% nylon threat and 24K gold or silver plated components. As also there are some pieces made out of pure 925 sterling silver, like rings and earstuds.

  • How do I take care of my jewelry?

    Please treat and wear your jewelry with care, as the surface treatments will fade over time due to contact with water, clothes, hard surfaces, sweat, perfume, hairspray, air pollution, etc. For optimal preservation avoid contact with cleaning supplies, beauty products, soaps and water. We suggest to remove your jewelry when washing your hands and shower.. Store jewelry separately in an airtight bag or container and remove before going to sleep.

    Care should be taken cleaning your plated jewelry as plating can wear off especially with heavy use. To keep your piece looking its best, gently clean with a damp soft cotton cloth after every wear. Please do not use jewelry cleaner or polishing cloths or pads on plated pieces.

  • Do you have a warranty?

    Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.

    We work with manufacturers to create handcrafted, ethically sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 1-year coverage. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product.

  • Do you offer a repair or replating service?

    If you find that your plating is wearing off quicker than you would like, we will be happy to replate your worn Klimbim jewelry for free. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the replating service. If the plating of your favorite Klimbim jewel has worn off for heavy use or after a year we offer a plating service with a fee inbetween 10-25€ depending on the jewel and the thickness you desire.

    What if the jewelry breaks? If it is a production fault please email us. Please include your order number, description and photo of the damage. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. Everything can get fixed. Always get in touch, before returning any broken items purchased in our online shop.

  • Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

    Yes, we love to prepare your gifts! During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and we’ll make sure to wrap it specially.

    Our packaging includes a classic white gift box or jewelry pouch and wrapped and decored with a ribbon. As also we add a postcard with your personal gift notes. It will be written exactly how it is entered, so make sure there are no errors!

    All you have to do is, let us know the name of the be gifted person, which jewel is a gift and your personal message. During check-out you will have the opportunity in the additional information field.

    P.D. Remember you can send your gift directly to the person you want to surprise. Just refill the shipping adress with the direction of the be gifted person 😉
